In perfumery, there are three categories of olfactory notes, depending on how long they last. Top notes are those that last the shortest, i.e. a few minutes. Next come the heart notes, which last for a few hours, and finally the base notes, which truly impregnate the skin or clothing for several hours.

- The top notes of Amande fragrance are light and powdery, with almond blossom and red apple.

- The heart notes are fruity and gourmand, with pear, peach and frangipani blossom.

- The base notes are soft, essentially composed of raspberries with light notes of hay.
